About Completed his Master in Botany in 2012 from Kumaun University Nainital and Doctoral Degree (Ph D) in Botany from the same University in 2018 DrBrij Upreti presented 09 research papers in National and International conferences Along with same he attended more than 10 research conferences training programs He published 34 research papers in renowned International and National journals and he is author of 03 books and 06 book chapters also. He works in the area of Sacred forests Plant Taxonomy Ethnobiology Ecology and Soil Science. He works as a research fellow for the research project entitled Studies on Conservation of Ginkgo biloba linn (Ginkgoaceace)A rare exotic medicinal plant funded by University Grants Commission (UGC) New Delhi He is Life member of Indian Science Congress Indian Botanical Society Bose Science Society and Institute of Scholars He is fellow of Bose Science Society He is Reviewer of African Journal of Agricultural Research (International Journal) also
