Hello, I am Dr. Megha Acharya and i am professor in faculty of Law & Governance in Jayoti Vidyapeeth Womens University, Jaipur, Rajasthan. I am LL.B., LL.M. & Ph.D. , I have done my doctrate in "Role of International Criminal Court in enforcement and development of International Criminal Law". I have completed my reserch from University of Rajasthan in the year 2011, under the supervison of Prof. (Dr.) J..K. Malik, Ex. Head and Dean of Department of Law, UOR. I have more than 11 years experience in teaching. I have teaching as well as administrative expereicne in Academics. I have been member of many Administrative Commities in various Universities like Nodal Officer of the University of IPR (Cell) ,Member of Proctorial Board, CO-Convenar of Anti – Ragging Squad, Member of Monitring Cell, Member of Redressal of Sexual Harassment Committee. I am also in the Panel of Examiner and paper setter in Many Universities. I have been members of Board Studies and Academic Council and Member in Editorial Board of Journals/ Reviewer in Journal. Member of editorial board of “International Journal of Law” [UGC approved and impact factor RJIF 5.12] .Reviewer Member of “International Journal of Research and Analytical Reviews (IJRAR). I am Life Member of “Inspira Research Association” Membership No. LM-IRA-857. Invited as Resource Person in Various Universities. I have been awarded by Honble Mr. Ajay Rastogi Ji and Recently in February 2023 I have been awarded by best researcher by Prof. R.L. Godhara ji (Vice Chancellor JEPPIAAR Chennai & Prof. J.P. Yadav ji Vice Chancellor Agricultural University Jobner) by IRA.
